Paros island is a very popular destination for people from all around the world; in consequence, there are many facilities and services to satisfy every request for some fun under the sun. Paros has a long tradition in windsurfing and kitesurfing, so much so that international windsurfing competitions take place here during summer.

Due to the northern summer winds that blow over the island, there are many ideal spots for windsurfing. The best spots are found on the south-eastern part of Paros, like the Golden and the New Golden beaches. Other windsurfing spots are Santa Maria, on the northern side of the island, as well as Pounda Beach near Parikia. 

Apart from windsurfing and kitesurfing, you will be able to indulge in other exciting sports like kayaking, and canoeing, kiteboarding, water skiing, jet skiing, and scuba diving with certified trainers, at selected beaches around the island. If you are feeling a bit more adventurous, there are also diving trips to uninhabited islets of the Aegean Sea, reefs and old wrecks nearby, to explore their underwater treasures.
